The seed contains 25 - 30% and the kernel contains about 50 - 60% of oil content. 21% of saturated fatty acid and 79% of unsaturated fatty acid is present in the oil. The seed and the cursin contains some chemical elements that are poisonous and making the unfit for human consumption.
